🐛 Troubleshooting
⚠️ Why is my reel not showing images?
If your reel plays audio but shows no images, check:
- Make sure you uploaded valid image files (JPG, JPEG, or PNG)
- Verify that images are not corrupted
- Try creating a new reel with different images
- Check that images are under the 10MB size limit
❌ What if I get an error during creation?
Common solutions:
- Refresh the page and try again
- Make sure all files are within size limits
- Check that your reel name contains only letters, numbers, spaces, underscores, and hyphens
- Verify that FFmpeg is properly installed on the server
- Try with fewer images to test
💡 Pro Tip: For best results, use high-quality images with similar dimensions and
orientations.
This ensures smooth transitions and consistent video quality. Also, match your audio length with your
expected
video duration (number of images × duration per image).
